I founded Gold Ivy Realty & Property Management in September 2011 and I've been a Broker for over 15 years. I am passionate for real estate and my clients. I pride myself in going above and beyond for my clients and that's why our motto is Expect Higher Standards.

I've always been a numbers guy. I've been the Chief Financial Officer since we opened the doors back in 2011. I work behind the scenes to make sure our clients are receiving the best service possible. Feel free to reach out to me anytime.

I was born and raised right here in Aiken, SC. I've been assisting Gold Ivy Realty as the office assistant since we started. It's my job to keep the office running smoothly. I love keeping things organized and helping anyway I can.

I have been in contact with Gold Ivy Realty for about 5 months now and I am very thankful for their services. My husband and I were looking to move into a house back in April/May. We came across one that we liked, toured it, but we did not get it due to some technical complications. I emailed Karen that if anything changes, please let us know. She responded very quickly and said that she would keep us up to date on anything. A few days later and she found us a rental where the tenants needed an early move out.
